Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent guest service at all times.
• Know the food and drink menus inside and out.
• Take food and drink orders while utilizing suggestive selling techniques to increase revenue.
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the host and busser team to coordinate seating and optimize table turnover.
• Uphold standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the dining area.
• Ring in orders and handle cash and credit transactions accordingly.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
