Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team Present menu options confidently, upselling specialty dishes and beverages to enhance the guest experience Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize table turnover Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or hibachi-style settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering tasks Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in culinary settings or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in dynamic environments like nightclubs or fine dining restaurants, and love creating engaging experiences for guests!
