Greet and seat guests and guide them through the menu with confidence. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar. Provide attentive, well-paced service from arrival through payment, anticipating guest needs. Learn the menu, seasonal specials, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods to answer questions and make recommendations. Handle payments and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized section and support dining room setup, upkeep, side work, and closing duties. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and support staff to provide smooth and timely service. Follow cash-handling, responsible alcohol-service, food-safety, sanitation, and company standards. Uphold company's standards for professionalism, teamwork, and guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Friendly, positive approach and strong verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain composed during busy shifts. Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to teamwork. Prior serving experience is preferred; training is available for the right candidate. Availability for scheduled evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to meet lawful age requirements for assigned alcohol-service duties.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & APPLICATION
Base pay: $12.14 per hour plus tips.
