We are looking for someone with previous full-service restaurant experience who is comfortable handling a busy section independently while providing polished, personable hospitality. This is a morning-focused position, and weekend AM availability is mandatory.

Apple Blossom is a full-service restaurant in the heart of downtown Denver serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. We focus on genuine hospitality, strong food and beverage knowledge, efficient service, and creating a welcoming experience for both hotel guests and local diners.

Servers are responsible for managing their own section, accurately entering orders, communicating with the kitchen and bar, maintaining proper table service, completing side work, and ensuring guests receive timely and knowledgeable service throughout their experience.

This position requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their section and working independently during busy morning services, including weekends when restaurant and hotel volume can be high.

Our servers are expected to understand the food and beverages they are serving rather than simply taking orders. You should be able to speak confidently about the menu, answer guest questions, make recommendations, and help guide the dining experience.

The position requires someone who can balance speed, organization, and genuine hospitality. We want servers who notice what guests need, communicate effectively, and take ownership of the overall experience.
