Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience To up sell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue by recommending specials or premium options Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and give correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Experience Previous food service experience in a breakfast setting is preferred.
