We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our retail/ front of house team. In this pivotal role, you will be cross trained to execute as a server, food runner & market/ deli associate to fill a full-time schedule. Ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management & timely food expediting. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will foster a positive dining/ shopping environment for our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader eager to grow within a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Assist in daily store operations, including stocking inventory, and excellent customer service Ensure compliance with POS systems, cashiering protocols, and operational policies while maintaining high standards of customer service Greet customers warmly, share daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients or dietary restrictions. Be a server Excellent verbal communication and an outgoing, positive attitude Read KitchenDisplayScreens to execute orders coming from the kitchen to the table correctly Requirements 2+ years serving experience preferred Strong skills in customer service/ hospitality Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills necessary Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience is a plus; familiarity with retail product knowledge enhances performance Open availability a must Bring your passion for hospitality, your expertise in customer service, and your drive for operational efficiency.
