Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated person who loves to chat with customers and stay busy with side work throughout the day. A strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are required. You must be a morning person! Previous experience in customer service is helpful. This position is a blend of serving and cashiering, as the needs of the restaurants dictate. All training will start first on the cashier side of the restaurant, serving shifts typically won't begin until you have been with the company for a couple months or more. If you only want to serve this is not a good fit for you. We are looking for someone who would be able to take a leadership role, such as a shift lead or shift manager, within the first six months of their employment. Ability to handle stress, multitask, defuse conflicts, motivate and inspire others, and work independently on big picture projects are all highly valued skills. You must be available for regular shifts from 6am to 2pm. Availability seven days a week is preferred, but we may be able to work around another commitment for the right person. You must have a strong, positive reference from one of your last two jobs. We will call your references and our decision will be based in large part on the feedback we receive. If you meet these requirements, please apply and we will be in touch immediately.
