Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing attentive service, managing guest orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests to promote guest satisfaction Support team members during busy periods by performing host/hostess duties or other restaurant operations as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Join our team where your dedication to outstanding service will be valued.
