Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat guests efficiently to optimize flow. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation and sanitation. Maintain excellent guest relations by providing attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, and process payments efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during nights, weekends, or special events. Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Requirements Proven experience in food service, including serving in fine dining or upscale environments preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Previous Front Server experience in restaurant roles Excellent communication skills coupled with basic math proficiency for cashiering and cash handling tasks. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
