Overview:

We are seeking a skilled server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Open the restaurant and complete all morning setup, including coffee brewing, stocking, and dining room preparation Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service in a fast-paced breakfast environment Take and enter guest orders accurately using POS system Serve food and beverages quickly while maintaining quality service standards Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout shift Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery Restock service stations, beverages, and breakfast items as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with side work, closing prep for next shift, and additional tasks as assigned

Skills:

Availability to work early morning shifts (starting as early as 5:00 AM) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
