Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and welcoming Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, spirits, and current promotions to provide expert recommendations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant setting!
