Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge including spirits, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes to educate guests and elevate their experience Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations Support sanitation protocols including proper food handling and cleanliness of work areas Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in fine dining or nightclub environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach to guest interactions Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs seamlessly Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience in serving at upscale restaurants or nightlife venues is a plus but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences! Pay:
