Full Job Description About Us:

Hotpot Den is an all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant where guests cook their own meals in flavorful broth right at their table. We offer a fun, interactive dining experience and take pride in great service, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Position Overview:

We're looking for friendly and reliable Servers to join our team! You'll be the face of Hotpot Den—welcoming guests, explaining how hotpot works, and ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience. Previous serving experience is preferred, and knowledge of hotpot or Asian cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a positive attitude Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly Explain menu options and how to enjoy the hotpot experience Deliver items and assist guests throughout their meal Maintain cleanliness of tables and the dining area Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and teammates Handle guest concerns or requests professionally Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

Prior serving experience preferred Knowledge of hotpot dining or Asian cuisine is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
