Requirements:

Valid Drivers Lisence Hard worker with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow and take initiative. Run food from the kitchen to the guest tables Set up and breakdown of ceremony and dining room as needed Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance Serve plated dinners or family-style platters to guests and respond to requests Communicate with Event Captain as well as other servers and event organizers Clean up the venue after the event ends and assist with inventory, design storage, and other closeout tasks Look for opportunities to elevate service: fold napkins, fill water glasses, etc New staff assigned at an event may require on-the-job training. Drive the company van to and from events. Load dining equipment in and out of the van. Interpersonal Skills - Ability to stay cool under pressure; can cope with change - Multi-task and works well with others. Uniform, Environment, and Equipment Able to provide own black dress pants, black shoes, and black shirt Prepared to work in both indoor and outdoor event Prepared to work with commercial cleaning products and equipment: dish detergent, commercial dishwasher, floor cleansers, broom, mop, and bucket
