Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Process cash, credit card transactions, and handle POS operations with precision and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
