Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast handhelds. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any needs or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
