Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Toast, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs gracefully Culinary experience combined with beverage expertise including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink service Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
