Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments securely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Assist with food service duties such as bussing tables, setting up stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Build rapport with guests to foster guest relations and ensure repeat visits by providing outstanding customer service in a lively environment Qualifications Proven experience as a server with bar experience in a fast-paced restaurant or nightclub setting Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Extensive cocktail experience along with spirits knowledge to craft quality drinks confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours Solid understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Previous experience in fine dining or casual restaurant environments is preferred but not required; hospitality background is highly valued Join us if you're passionate about delivering energetic service that leaves guests excited for their next visit!
