Are you 21 or older? We are seeking a skilled Servers with Bar experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes and using proper techniques
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Assist with Event and Banquets
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Upsell additional products when appropriate to maximize sales

Experience:

• Previous bar experience prefered. Experience in a banquet setting a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with patrons
• Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and calculating change accurately
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Sales-oriented mindset to promote specials and increase revenue
