Duties Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate order processing Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold food safety standards Support food running duties by transporting dishes from kitchen to tables efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling procedures Help with food preparation tasks in the kitchen as needed, including basic plating and ingredient organization, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Perform heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving supplies or equipment, following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times to maintain quality and safety standards Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and supporting overall guest services and hospitality efforts Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with banquet settings is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures is essential for maintaining hygiene standards Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced setting Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous for supporting food preparation duties Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
