Job Summary We are looking for experienced servers to join our team this winter! We are a tight-knit group of hardworking individuals that take pride in providing quality service on a personal level. The whole team works to ensure success of the entire restaurant, there's no task too small or large for any member to take part in. We strive to maintain a positive atmosphere and amazing food/drinks that everyone can enjoy and that brings people back for more! Responsibilities Provide a welcoming atmosphere and quality service to all costumers Fill any role as needed in a shift: greeting guests, seating guests (Open Table booking system), taking orders, running food and drinks, filling waters, rolling silverware, helping the bar, clearing tables, resetting tables, answering questions, completing payments (TOAST POS system) Maintain general cleanliness in the restaurant Knowing and understanding the menu Understanding food and drink pairing recommendations from the menu Requirements Previous experience in wait service and ability to keep up with fast paced environment: carrying multiple plates, task prioritization, balancing of multiple tables, reset tables for multiple courses, contribute to the group effort Strong customer service skills Possession of TIPS certification or ability to get one promptly Availablity on weekends and holidays Join Brass and help bring quality service with a personal experience to our community!
