! Whether you are just starting a career or have years of experience, check us out.... Keystone is different. We are hiring for full time and part-time Dining Room Servers on morning, day, or evening shifts.

Job Function:

Working in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instruction from the Dining Room Manager and the Culinary Service Director of Dining Services. Resident and their needs are your highest priority as a dining room server. It is your responsibility to ensure that the finest in service is provided to the residents. Steps of service are in place to ensure that residents receive consistent, efficient, friendly and caring service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Properly set tables in assigned section to appropriate table setting standards 2. Complete all assigned side work to dining room and service standards 3. Provide friendly and sincere service to all residents by following steps of service 4. Courtesy and care to residents must be shown at all times 5. Arrive for all scheduled shifts in proper uniform and on time 6. Be knowledgeable of daily menu items available for service 7. Follow all procedures in place 8. Assist fellow team members as needed As a dining room server, it is the responsibility of the dining room server to ensure that all residents are taken care of and provided the finest in service. Our community is the residents' home, and we must show the same respect towards the community and residents as we would if we were guests in a home. Our interaction must positively influence residents' lives. Meals are an important area for qualify of life, and we must do all that is possible to enable the residents to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at each and every meal. All interactions with the residents should be genuine and sincere. Qualifications/Specifications 1. Commitment to quality and services for all residents and guests 2. Excellent communications skill 3. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information 4. Ability to stand for long periods of time 5.
