Job Description:

The Golf Club of Avon is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Servers to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be an integral part of our dining experience, ensuring that our Members and their guests receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for providing exceptional a la carte dining service, as well as assisting with special events when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests promptly and warmly, providing excellent customer service. Take accurate food and drink orders, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all dining areas are clean, well-maintained, and set up according to club standards. Handle member and guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and care. Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of special events as needed. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a restaurant or club setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Flexibility to work schedules Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
