The role As a server, you're the heart of the guest experience — the warm welcome, the confident recommendation, the reason people come back. Whether you're working the morning rush or the dinner crowd, you'll bring genuine hospitality and sharp attention to detail to every table. What you'll do Greet and seat guests with warmth and a genuine smile Take accurate orders and guide guests through our American and Greek menu with confidence Serve food and beverages promptly, with care for presentation and timing Handle special requests and dietary needs with patience and attention Deliver consistent, high-quality service that reflects nearly four decades of Parthenon hospitality What we're looking for Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred — but a great attitude and strong work ethic go a long way Excellent communication skills and a true customer-first mindset Familiarity with food safety standards and practices Reliability and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, full-service environment Genuine enthusiasm for food, people, and great service Why work here You keep your own tips.
