Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the event experience with enthusiasm and professionalism Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that exceeds guest expectations Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown of event spaces to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, fostering positive guest relations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with catering staff, bartenders, and event coordinators to coordinate service flow and address any needs that arise during the event Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to maintain a tidy dining environment for all guests Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness at all times Help with set up and break down Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality setting, particularly in banquet or catering environments Strong guest services skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building positive guest relations Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food preparation, restaurant service, or hotel food service is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a lively event environment Join us as a Private Event Server where your energy and passion for hospitality will create unforgettable moments for our guests!
