Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery Recommend menu items and upsell specials to maximize sales and guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift Assist with food safety protocols, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting stations, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems for effective ordering Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and guest relations expertise Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus to better understand food preparation and presentation standards Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous for creating welcoming atmospheres Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment!
