Duties Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs in accordance with food safety standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes of supplies, or trash removal using safe lifting practices Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Uphold high standards of guest service by greeting guests warmly, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms is a plus Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
