In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring every dining experience is memorable. Your culinary and beverage expertise will create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a lively environment that has been successful for 24 years. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service, and dining areas Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with fine dining experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest relations Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service technique
Pay:
$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
