Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner Take guests orders and suggest menu selections Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and with attention to detail Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new customers Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling payments and making change Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety practices Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$16.97 - $36.74 per hour
