Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and needs. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and assist guests with selections through upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for payments. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously. Sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively. Previous fine dining experience is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food service industry is essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
