Chef Paul Barron is seeking professional, dependable, and hospitality driven individuals to join our growing catering team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in delivering expectational service. (Part-Time and "As Needed" Position) As a Catering Team Member, your main goal will be to provide polished and attentive service at in-home dinner parties, catered events, and private gatherings at The Table. You will assist in event setup and breakdown, food and beverage service, and ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is a part time, as needed position, typically evenings and weekends, with occasional weekday events. Flexibility is required, as our events take place at various locations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, and brings a positive attitude to every event. We are a close-knit team that takes a group-oriented approach rather than operating in strictly individual roles. Everyone supports one another to ensure seamless execution. Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service Dishwashing is a significant part of this position, as all service ware is hand washed at each event Set up and breakdown of events Work closely with Chefs and event leads to ensure a seamless experience Work well with Chef Paul Barron Team Interact with guests in a warm and polished manner Represent the Chef Paul Barron brand with professionalism Prior serving experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and weekends
