Job Description

Back Server (Food Runner) — David Burke Prime, Foxwoods Resort Casino Back servers are the engine of our dining room: running food from the kitchen, marking tables, clearing courses, and supporting servers so every guest is taken care of. David Burke Prime is a classic American steakhouse at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut. We are staffing the reopening of our dining room, bar, and kitchen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run food from the expo line to the correct table and seat position, presenting each dish by name Mark tables with the correct silverware and glassware ahead of each course Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart Refill water, bread, and popovers; anticipate guest needs before they ask Stock and restock service stations, complete side work Communicate clearly with servers, expo, and the kitchen throughout service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Prior restaurant experience preferred (busser, food runner, or server assistant); we will train the right candidate Able to carry large trays and move quickly and safely in a busy dining room for a full shift Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency Reliable and punctual; evening and weekend availability required, and holidays are required for all positions

SCHEDULE & PAY

Part-time Evenings, weekends & holidays required $16.94 / hr (CT minimum wage) + tips
