In this role, you'll be welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food, and handling cashiering duties. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities with energy and professionalism will ensure smooth operations and satisfied guests from open to close. Responsibilities Greet guests and assist them in seating arrangements. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments via POS systems and providing correct change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables efficiently. Follow food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred. Familiarity with Clover POS systems for efficient order processing and cashiering is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
