Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring correct handling of sales and tips Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations Manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods Uphold food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices at all times Experience Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills during high-volume shifts Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales calculations Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel valued.
