Position Overview We're looking for a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) who is passionate about supporting individuals in recovery. In this role, you'll work closely with clients in both IOP and outpatient settings , providing group and individual counseling while being part of a small, supportive clinical team. This is a hands-on, relationship-centered role where your voice, ideas, and clinical judgment truly matter.
