Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant nightclub environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the OpenTable system or similar technology. Ensure that all food is prepared according to safety and sanitation standards, maintaining cleanliness throughout the service area. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist in bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain a clean dining environment. Process payments accurately using the cash register, handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold high standards of guest services, creating an inviting atmosphere for all patrons. Experience Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions effectively. Experience with guest services in a fast-paced environment, particularly within nightlife settings, is highly desirable. Knowledge of sanitation practices and culinary standards is beneficial to ensure compliance with health regulations.
