Job Description

NOTE:

This position is not for seasonal work (that is, summer-only) Restaurant with new American cuisine is seeking runners/busser for evening shifts, as well as special events mid-morning/afternoons as needed.

Expectations are:

Deliver food to the correct table in an expedited and friendly manner Ability to memorize seat numbers Ability to explain the dishes to guests Reset tables and restock items as necessary Prior experience at a fine dining restaurant is a plus Assist the bartender in maintaining the bar Assist other FOH and BOH staff where necessary Qualified candidates should demonstrate the ability to work as a team with fellow team members, dependable and reliable. Must be available for both Friday and Saturday evening shifts, with occasional Saturday/Sunday mid-morning/afternoon shifts. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on an intermittent basis is a must.
