As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Your ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces as needed. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively upsell and enhance sales opportunities. Adhere to food handling safety standards and regulations at all times.
