Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser/Food Runner and become a vital part of delivering exceptional guest experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the service staff by ensuring tables are promptly cleared, reset, and maintained, while also delivering food swiftly and accurately from the kitchen to our valued guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel cared for and appreciated. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist servers with guest needs by refilling beverages, providing utensils, or addressing minor requests Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces according to food safety standards Communicate effectively with team members using clear, professional language to ensure smooth service flow Uphold high standards of guest service by being attentive, friendly, and proactive in assisting both guests and staff Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations to ensure guest safety Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and efficient service Experience with bussing, food running, or banquet service enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality skills while contributing to an energetic team environment. Pay:
$22.23 - $26.77 per hour
