Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of the dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage reservations and utilize OpenTable for booking and table management purposes Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling, serving, and bussing activities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation or bussing as needed during busy periods Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
