Full Job Description Bussers:

The Busser assures the dining room is properly maintained in order to give guests the best experience possible.

Essential Job Functions:

Running food and expoing Keep the dinning room clean. This includes, but is not limited to vacuuming the dinning room, cleaning and refilling table condiments, polish glasses and silverware, prep bread, prep butter, fill ice container, maintain linens in the organized manner on the shelf, and have clean towels with fresh sanitizer prepared. Bus and reset tables Refill water glasses, butters, and sugar on tables. Be available and able to assist guests Tear down all dinner tables and set for next meal. Know the different settings for each meal. Roll silverware.
