Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing attentive service. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently through cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS is advantageous. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and safety protocols in the kitchen environment is essential.
