Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their meal Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance guest experience Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting dining areas for new guests Manage cash handling accurately and process payments using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Support guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience in fine dining environments or with cocktail and spirits service is advantageous Knowledge of wine pairing and beverage menus enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Commitment to food safety practices and sanitation standards in all aspects of service Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, culinary expertise, and a passion for hospitality!
