In this role, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, sharing your culinary knowledge, and creating memorable moments. Whether guiding guests through menu selections or ensuring food safety standards are met, you will be a vital part of our vibrant food service operation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, fine dining or nightlife setting. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and input them efficiently Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest flow effectively Assist with food preparation or support kitchen staff during busy periods when necessary Uphold all food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures at all times Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring guest needs are met with professionalism Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with OpenTable reservations management is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Prior experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/host roles will be advantageous for success in this position Join us as a Server and bring your energy, passion for hospitality, and dedication to delivering memorable guest experiences!
