Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities. Manage customer transactions by processing cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions with precision and speed. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards; including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Handle food service customer order management with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery of orders and addressing guest inquiries promptly. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, notifying management of stock needs to ensure seamless service. Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures at all times. Assist in operating POS systems like Aloha or Micros for accurate cash handling and record keeping. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, serving, cashiering, and food safety management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards diligently. Retail sales experience or grocery store experience is a plus but not required.
