As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with people, and have a passion for food and beverage service. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently. Serve food, drinks, and cocktails with professionalism, including spirits knowledge and cocktail experience. Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or appetizers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling, serving, and cleaning processes. Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed. Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently and improve overall guest relations. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; experience with fine dining or casual dining environments is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports. Knowledge of wine, spirits, beverage service, and cocktail preparation enhances your ability to upsell effectively. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy setting. Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
