Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including spirits and cocktail service, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Build strong guest relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring guest comfort Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or hospitality settings Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous for supporting food preparation tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality shines!
