Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions and food orders efficiently Upsell menu items by highlighting specials and recommended products to enhance customer experience and increase sales Prepare simple food items as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen equipment Handle cash register operations accurately, processing cash, credit card transactions, and processing change with precision Manage food service customer order management to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food handling skills Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Knowledge of food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment safely Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or transactions efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing payments accurately Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food industry procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Experience in retail sales transactions within a café or restaurant setting is a plus Join us to deliver exceptional service while working in a lively environment that values your energy, dedication, and culinary passion!
