Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items, including wines and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process cash and credit transactions accurately while managing sales transactions with POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service protocols. Support the team by bussing tables, assisting with food preparation when needed, and ensuring guest needs are promptly addressed. Qualifications Proven experience as a restaurant server or in food service, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally. Good math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills efficiently. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a high-energy environment.
