This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, culinary knowledge, and passion for creating memorable dining moments. As a vital member of our restaurant staff, you will ensure every guest feels valued and satisfied from the moment they walk in until their last sip or bite. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling and cashiering duties with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, demonstrating culinary experience when needed Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations, address concerns promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere Assist with food handling, beverage service, and basic math calculations for bills or inventory when required Support team members in maintaining a smooth flow during busy hours by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks Experience Prior food service experience in a restaurant setting, preferably with fine dining exposure Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of the food industry trends, including upselling techniques and menu knowledge is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your skills in serving.
